Hello My Name is Gabby, (not sure why because I snort more than I talk) I am a 8 (ish) year old Pekinese/ Pug/Something Mix; no one really knows for sure but my foster mom swear I have to have pug in me because of the snorting.
I am pretty easy going I will go wherever you want me to; inside/outside, wherever you are is where I want to be. I have a lot of fur so I prefer to lay on a cool surface when I am inside, I do get hot pretty easily. I really don?t like to do that much mostly I will lie around and sleep; but I?m hoping that with my new thyroid medication that will change.
My foster mom likes it that I wag my tail and act excited to see her when she gets home because that is the most excitement she gets out of me??.OH UNLESS YOU HAVE A TREAT OR SOME FOOD FOR ME then I am pretty excited I really like to eat and I will eat anything I can get my mouth on? I do have manners though even though I would really like to eat what?s on your plate I won?t try it.
I am ok on a leash don?t really want to go for a walk but I will. I live with 2 other dogs and a cat. I don?t really pay much attention to the dogs as they are too active for me; the cat swats me in the face all the time; even when I am just laying by her, I really don?t get it, but whatever she?s the boss.
I really like people and love hanging with my foster family, being with them makes me pretty darn happy. I would however prefer that there be no small kids in my new home ? all that noise and running around interrupts my nap.
When I am outside I like to wonder around so it would be good if you have a fence yard. I am a quiet girl who really just wants someone who will love me and take good care of me. You do need to know that I need to take thyroid medication for an under active thyroid and I do have to eat a special food for my kidneys health.
