Foster puppy Todd is fun fun fun. We named him after the little fox on the Disney show ?Fox and the Hound?. He was found under a stop sign hanging out under a big weed all day long in 90+ temperatures. When no one came to claim this adorable little guy he joined the Fuzzy Pawz Rescue family.
Todd is just a baby at about 5 months old, weighs about 12 pounds, best guess on breed is Border Collie, Corgi mix.
He loves to play with anything and everyone that wants to play. He loves to go and get anything that is thrown and even brings them back to you most of the time. He loves to run and play with the big dogs but knows when he should back off and not bother a grumpy dog.
Todd is very respectful of other dogs and the space they need and greets them nicely. He doesn?t really want to be held or cuddled and if you don?t want to play he is also very happy just lying at your feet.
He loves to walk up to the cats and smell them and see if they will run but since most of the ones in his foster home don?t they just touch noses and go on about their own business. He will chase a cat that runs from him. He loves water and any big bucket of water that he finds he immediately jumps in it. He knows his name and he knows the word NO. He is very smart and a fast learner. We are starting to work on sit and will start leash training. So far potty training seems to be going well, he has not marked or pottied once in the house.
