Young Female Eclectus in Hollister, Idaho For Sale

I am rehoming a 10-month old, female Eclectus parrot. She was hatched on April 22, xxxx and has been in my care since the end of July xxxx. She is not quite a year old and her name is Deja Blu. She talks some and tends to be quiet; however, she can be noisy when playing, in the morning hours or when she gets excited. Eclectus females tend to be more territorial about their cages too.
Deja Blu tends to be a reserved bird and comes on my hand at times. She does try to bite on occasion so she does need some handling for this behavior to subside over time. She was hand-raised at the breeder. Her diet consists mostly of fresh vegetables, some fruits, and some hard boiled eggs, pieces of grilled chicken (on occasion). She enjoys a treat and some pellets (but the pellet must be without food dye). I have prepared brown rice with peas and carrots for her as well. Eclectus must have a diet predominantly of fresh veggies and some fruit. The pellets usually are not to be the main selection. Deja Blu would like to eat only her treat mix but this would not be the best for her. I feed and water her twice a day (morning and evening). NO AVOCADOS, CHOCOLATE, or ALCOHOL! Theses substances are toxic to Eclectus as well as other parrots.
Deja Blu is approximately the same size as an African Grey parrot. Eclectus are good talker although not as good as the African Greys. Eclectus tend to live to up around 40 years. Deja Blu is a very intelligent and intuitive bird. The person who gets her will need to be able to spend time with her and interact with her. Deja Blu loves to come out of her cage and play on her stands.
I am moving to another state and my new job will not allow for me to provide Deja Blu with the proper amount of time that she needs. My lifestyle will involve a significant amount of transitions which would be difficult for Deja Blu as well. I love Deja Blu and I believe that I am doing what is best for her. ONLY SERIOUS inquiries! If you want to have Deja Blu, you will need to be patient with her and be loving as well.
There is a rehoming fee, which includes the adoption fee as well as the cost of Deja Blu's extra large cage (which is black not as the picture), large cage, Manzanita floor play stand, Java wood table play stand, and her transport: Celltei Olive Color Pak-O-Bird (medium-sized backpack). (Play stands not pictured). The extra large cage dimensions are: 50"W x 36"D x 68"H. Dimensions of the large cage are: 433/4" L x 32 W x 67" H.
Please email if you are seriously interested. (Deja Blu is not free so please do not ask!) Buyer will have to transport cages, play stands, etc. There will be no decrease in the rehoming fee so please do not ask. An experienced parrot owner is preferred and only SERIOUS INQUIRES please!
